Meghan Markle’s With Love, Meghan returned for a second season on Tuesday, August 26. When the first season hit Netflix earlier this year, fans didn’t know what to expect — but the Duchess of Sussex had viewers talking with her hosting and cooking tips.
She also managed to baffle people with the now-viral reveal that her name is actually Meghan Sussex.
Season 2 keeps Meghan’s love for the lifestyle world alive — and makes it clear that literally anything can be homemade if there’s enough love put into the project.

Who Are Meghan Markle’s Guests?
Meghan recruited some close friends and major stars for her second season. Chrissy Teigen, Christina Tosi, Clare Smyth, Daniel Martin, David Chang, Heather Dorak, Jamie Kern Lima, Jay Shetty, José Andrés, Radhi Devlukia, Samin Nosrat and Tan France all appear in the show.
What Kind of Food Is Made on the Show?
Similar to her first season, Meghan shows off her cooking prowess with several meals and snacks. The duchess is a huge fan of tartines — even making them with her own sourdough bread.
Everything from flank steak to all different kinds of fish is cooked throughout the season. Paella, with the help of Andrés, becomes a huge part of the second season finale. Meghan hits up the Santa Barbara fish market more than once throughout the season, once for an eight-pound halibut and again for 25 sea urchins.

She also opted for the classics, like a roast chicken — which is a staple in her and Prince Harry’s house.
Everything Can Be Homemade If You Try Hard Enough
Meghan loves to go big or go home — especially with homemade goods. The season featured her making homemade salt and vinegar chips, homemade Cheez-Its, graham crackers and marshmallows from scratch, apple butter (using her grandmother’s recipe) and even handheld apple pies.
She also made homemade rosewater spray, which is actually easier than you might think.
What Crafts Does Meghan Do With Her Guests?
Aside from cooking, crafting is Meghan’s second love language. She used her past working at Paper Source for a book binding tutorial. She also made jewelry with pressed flowers, aprons for her kids, Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4, and shower bombs.
Does Prince Harry Appear on the Show?
Unfortunately, Harry did not appear on the show’s second season, though he is mentioned when Teigen’s husband, John Legend, is revealed to be watching behind the scenes.
Which As Ever Products Are Featured?
Meghan’s famous flower sprinkles get more than one shout-out. Queer Eye star France even refers to them as “the gayest s*** I’ve seen in a long time.”
What Does Meghan Markle Say About Motherhood?
The duchess had a lot of thoughts about motherhood and loved sharing it with her guests.
“I always wanted to be a mom,” Meghan said during one episode. “I would save my allowance and I’d go to Kmart and buy a real diaper bag.”
She added, “I love it. It’s better than I even expected.”
What Does Meghan Markle Reveal About Life Before Fame?
Aside from her past working at the Paper Source in Beverly Hills (Meghan taught classes in book-binding, which is where that craft came from), she also reflected on her college years.

“I was rush chair for my sorority [Kappa Kappa Gamma at Northwestern University],” Meghan shared. “I was like, ‘Hi, welcome to Kappa. Hi, how are you? Come on through.’ That greeting hostess vibe.”
Meghan also revealed that her mom, Doria Ragland, was the troop leader of her Girl Scout Troop growing up.
What Does Meghan Markle Say About Life in the U.K.?
A lot of Meghan’s references to living with Harry in the U.K. came during the sixth episode, when she was cooking with chef Clare Smyth, who prepared the food for their wedding.
“When we were living in London, we became obsessed with your bread to the point — remember — even if we didn’t come for dinner, I’d say, ‘Can I just come and pick up a loaf of bread for Valentine’s Day?’” Meghan said, referring to Smyth’s London restaurant, Core.
