The Bachelor alum Sydney Warner keeps her family’s private suite well-decorated during husband Fred Warner’s NFL season.
“Spend the day with me as I go and refresh our home away from home during football season,” Sydney, 30, said in a Thursday, August 28, TikTok video. “The stadium is basically where we live during half of the year, so I made it a point to make it feel like a little piece of home whenever we host family and friends for games.”
Sydney married 28-year-old Fred, a linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers, in 2022. Since then, she often attends his home games at Levi’s Stadium with son Beau, born in March 2024, in tow.
“I also make sure I have everything I need for my son during games,” Sydney explained. “I love having all of his essentials here to make game days as seamless as possible with a toddler. I love to make the space feel like home because we spend so much time here this time of year.”
Sydney keeps a basket of baby essentials, including wipes, diapers and plenty of snacks and toys, stored in a cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. She also leaves a toddler seat affixed to a barstool, so Beau can eat food while watching the action through the window.
In addition to Beau’s goodies, the suite is decked out to celebrate Fred’s football and personal achievements.
“I bring family photos to decorate with some old football memories of Fred throughout his career,” Sydney said, referring to the framed portraits lining a wall of shelves. “It makes it super special.”

Sydney also set up a handful of 49ers gear on the shelves, from team-branded footballs to pennant flags with the Niners logo.
“I love a good beanbag for all the kids we have running around, and some candles to make it extra cozy and inviting,” Sydney continued. “We cannot wait to celebrate so many wins here this season. Go Niners!”
Sydney and Fred have been together since 2020, the same year she appeared on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor.
“He actually sent me an emoji [because] he didn’t think I was gonna respond and that’s why he got really casual,” Sydney exclusively told Us Weekly in January 2022. “It was sweet.”

Once Fred got Sydney’s attention, she got a crash course in all things NFL.
“It’s not as easy as you think it would be, you know, everything’s going great for the majority of the game, and it only takes one second for everything to change,” Sydney said at the time, referring to potential game injuries. “It definitely humbles you and lets you know that this is definitely a blessing to be able to do, but it’s also very stressful for the significant other. It’s just taking the good with the bad.”
The San Francisco 49ers’ 2025-2026 NFL season opens Sunday, September 7, in an away game against the Seattle Seahawks.
