The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Rachel Zoe is spilling on how she maintains her youthful glow.
On the Tuesday, December 9, episode of Molly Sims’ “Lipstick on the Rim” podcast, Rachel explained that she’s surprisingly low-maintenance when it comes to getting ready for the day, but takes her skincare routine seriously.
“I love Nurse Jamie,” Rachel said, referring to Jamie Sherrill’s celebrity skincare brand. “She’s the best. She does all the newest lasers and [has] this new thing from Korea, and the tightening. I do all of — I didn’t know what she did, she does everything. “I’ll just close my eyes and I’ll just work and she’ll just laser and tighten [my skin].”
Rachel then joked that when someone asks what treatments she gets, she can reply that she “literally” doesn’t know. “I don’t know,” she quipped. “I just go in, close my eyes. Tighten it, lift it, do what you need to do.”
Elsewhere on the podcast, Rachel opened up about her daily routine, which starts off with a “30-second shower.”
“I will put on some Barbara Sturm products. I’m here to say, I use the exfoliating pads that have the perfect little slot for my hands to … make my skin soft,” Rachel said, noting some of her current favorite foundation brands include Hourglass, Charlotte Tilbury, Victoria Beckham and Gucci.
Before starting her makeup routine, Rachel is sure to “pound” hydrating products into her face. “There’s a lot of hydrating. That’s really what I use the most of,” she said, explaining she loves serums and hyaluronic acid.

When it comes to her morning and nighttime rituals, Rachel shared that she “wishes” she had more than she does. “I am running, I am racing upstairs,” the designer laughed. “I’ll clean my skin off and I’ll … [do] some good eye patches while I’m [on] a call. I mean, I wash my hair like twice a week. I’m the lowest maintenance beauty person,” she said. “But I do care about skin more than anything.”
Before going to bed, she applies “seven layers” of anti-aging serums, lotions and more. “But it’ll [only] take me five minutes.”
Besides skin treatments, Rachel, who joined the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast in 2025 for the show’s season 15, previously opened up about her “smile makeover” via Instagram in June 2024.
“I need a little refresher on my teeth and I’m excited but I’m nervous,” she said in the episode. “It’s really a confidence thing and I’m so excited to feel more confident in my smile.”
Rachel added that she’s “excited to smile more” with her veneers.
“I am so excited to share the start of my smile makeover journey with Dr. Andi Jean at Apa Aesthetics,” she captioned the post. “I don’t think I realized how badly I wanted to do this until I actually did it. The best accessory to having great style is having a great smile! Watch along in my stories to see how transformative it is even from the very beginning. Xo RZ.”
Ahead of joining the RHOBH for season 15, which debuted on Bravo on December 4. Rachel had her own show, The Rachel Zoe Project, in which she took her business to the next level while working as a celebrity stylist.
She’s also the mom of two sons, Skyler Berman, 14, and Kaius Berman, 11, whom she shares with Rodger Berman. In July, she filed for divorce from Rodger, 57, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Their divorce is not yet finalized.
