Mia Goth appeared to make a pointed reference to her ex, Shia LaBeouf, amid their divorce proceedings.
Posting via her Instagram on Thursday, October 8, Goth, 32, shared a selfie. In the photo, the actress is wearing a shirt with the words, “My ex is my biggest fan” emblazoned on the front. She simply captioned the post with a lipstick kiss emoji.
The post comes just two days after Goth filed for divorce from LaBeouf, 40, more than one year after they called it quits.
Goth filed the legal documents in Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 6. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup, revealing the exes’ date of separation as July 28, 2025.
According to the filing, Goth is requesting primary legal and physical custody of her and LaBeouf’s 4-year-old daughter, Isabel. Goth also wants to terminate the court’s ability to award her or LaBeouf, 40, spousal support amid the divorce.
Goth further noted that “the exact nature and extent” of any separate property assets or community property assets and debts belonging to either party are “currently unknown.” She is asking the court to amend her petition once that information is ascertained.

After meeting on the set of Nymphomaniac: Vol II in December 2012, Goth and LaBeouf dated for four years before exchanging vows in an intimate ceremony in Las Vegas in October 2016.
Two years later, the duo split. The Holes alum moved on with FKA Twigs but they later went their separate ways.
LaBeouf and Goth reconciled in March 2020 and later welcomed a daughter. LaBeouf confirmed the birth of his first child after sharing emails in August 2022 amid controversy surrounding his departure from Don’t Worry Darling.
“I have a little girl, Isabel; she is five months old and just beginning to develop the last half of her laugh; it’s AMAZING,” he wrote, according to Variety. “Mia, my wife & I have found each other again & are journeying toward a healthy family with love and mutual respect.”

During an appearance on “Real Ones with Jon Bernthal” podcast in September 2022, LaBeouf praised Goth and his daughter.
“She saved my f**king life,” the actor said of Goth supporting him when he was in rehab. “She was present for me at a time when I didn’t deserve to have nobody in my life, especially her. She gave me hope when I was really running on fumes.”
The Even Stevens alum also described his new role as a dad as being the “ultimate parole officer.”
“There’s a lot I need to work on,” LaBeouf explained. “Having a daughter and knowing that your daughter is one day gonna search your name in a search engine and see that you are a deplorable, disgusting piece of s**t, that s**t hits. I have now until she’s literate to create a relationship with her where she knows me more than this idea of who I am in the public.”
After LaBeouf faced a string of controversies, including assault charges in February 2026, it was revealed that the actor and Goth had quietly gone their separate ways the previous year.
