Amber Rose has nothing but love for the OnlyFans platform and the safety she says it provides sex workers.

“Coming from the strip club, being on OnlyFans is 100 percent safer,” Rose, 41, shared on TMZ Presents: The War Over OnlyFans. “A lot of the content that you can do is in your bathroom, in your bedroom, on your phone. You don’t have to try and get security to walk you out to the parking lot at 3 in the morning to get in your car after the strip club with bags of money.”

Rose first joined the Internet content subscription service in 2020. Before she became a content creator, she was a stripper, working in various clubs as a young adult to support her family.

When comparing the two careers, Rose said, “It’s a way safer environment to be on OnlyFans.”

Bethenny Frankel doesn’t have time for haters, including those who shame OnlyFans creators for making money off their bodies. “Not every store is for you,” Frankel, 54, said on the Friday, August 29, episode of her “Rants” podcast, using shopping as an analogy for people’s different preferences. “When I first started when I was 19, it was simply just bikini photos, and I actually had a vegan page for a little bit,” she recalled. “Then [I] went fully into explicit content. It made me split into almost like a little child version of myself, where I’m like, ‘I can’t believe I’m doing this. What is going on? I can’t do this anymore.’ It felt like all of these voices were screaming at me all at once, and I would start crying and punching walls.”

Previously, Rose — who shares Sebastian,12, with Wiz Khalifa and Slash, 5, with Alexander “AE” Edwards — opened up about how she talks to her oldest child about OnlyFans.

“He doesn’t care,” she said on a November 2023 episode of the “No Jumper” podcast. “I taught him from a very early age that you cannot tell women what to do with their bodies. That’s it. So, if a girl is on OnlyFans and she’s making money off her feet pictures or if guys are stupid enough to buy pictures and videos of girls, let the girl make the money.”

Rose continued, “I wouldn’t say that I volunteer information to my children, but Bash isn’t stupid. He has the Internet, and I got to say he’s a really smart, funny kid, so he’ll be like, ‘Mom, I have an OnlyFans too.’”
