Astronomer CEO Andy Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, appeared to subtly change her name on Facebook in light of her husband’s rumored affair.
Megan appeared to remove “Byron” from her page, according to a screenshot published by Newsweek. She has since deleted her account.
Neither Megan nor Andy has publicly addressed the state of their marriage. (Us Weekly previously reached out for comment.)
Andy had been spotted at the Coldplay concert in Boston on Wednesday, July 16, where he was featured on a “Kiss Cam” alongside a woman later identified as Kristin Cabot, who works as the Chief People Officer at tech company Astronomer.
During the concert segment, a camera panned to Andy with his arms wrapped around Cabot in the crowd. In response, Andy abruptly dropped to the ground while Cabot turned around and covered her face with her hands.
“Whoa, look at these two. Alright, come on. You’re OK,” Coldplay frontman Chris Martin quipped. “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy. I’m not quite sure what to do.”
The 48-year-old singer added, “Holy s***. I hope we didn’t do something bad.”
Cabot also has remained quiet about her apparent connection with Andy outside of the office. She was hired in November 2024. (Us also reached out to Cabot for comment.)

In her own statement, Cabot gushed that she felt “energized” to work with Andy’s team.
“I prefer to think of my role as people strategy versus traditional human resources, as the real magic happens when you align the people strategy with the business strategy,” Cabot said in a statement. “There are plenty of companies out there where a leadership team doesn’t recognize the value that a strong people leader and people team can bring to a company. It’s not just about benefits or catered lunches. There’s so much more to it, and I was energized in my conversations with Andy and the Astronomer leadership team about the opportunities that exist here.”
