Big Bang Theory alum Johnny Galecki is sharing a rare glimpse into life with his wife and kids.
Galecki, 50, took to Instagram on Wednesday, October 29, to share photos from a trip to Disney World with wife Morgan Galecki and their daughter, Oona Evelena, whom they welcomed in 2024, as well as Galecki’s 6-year-old son, Avery Orbison, from his relationship with Alaina Meyer. In the first snap, the family posed on a rock together, while another image showed Johnny and Morgan snuggling up to each other under the Spaceship Earth geosphere in Epcot.
“More unforgettable memories made @waltdisneyworld @disneyparks,” he captioned the post. “Such a perfect age for the Shorties. (And by “Shorties,” I mean the Wife and I.) Thank you to all who made it so wonderful. And a special thank you to our new, profoundly talented friends @cirquedusoleil.drawntolife.”
Johnny’s marriage to Morgan and the birth of their daughter were revealed in the actor’s February 2024 interview with Architectural Digest. Johnny did not share when they tied the knot, although the outlet noted that Morgan was pregnant at the time of their March 2024 cover shoot, and she gave birth to Oona soon after.
Photos in the issue of Johnny’s gothic home in Nashville, where he moved in 2020, featured glimpses of Oona’s nursery, including an RH cabin bed, a giant stuffed animal bunny and green and blue woodland animal wallpaper.
The profile also included a family photo of Johnny, Morgan and Avery, who wore a bunny mask over his face.
“Thank you to @archdigest @tycole @colson__horton and @rachwall_ for the lovely profile on the beautiful backdrop of our lives as they stand and smile today,” Johnny wrote via Instagram at the time. “We will place it in our family time capsule and cherish it for many, many years. Also, thank you dearly and deeply to my sisters @pierceandward Let’s always remain outside of the box. XO.”

Prior to confirming his marriage in the magazine spread, Johnny hinted at his new romance by sharing a photo with Morgan and Avery at Disney World in January 2023.
“Thank you to Mickey & gang for a magical post-holiday holiday,” he captioned the post.
Johnny’s relationship with Morgan came after his two-year romance with Meyer, which ended in November 2020. The pair welcomed Avery less than one year before their split.
“With full and grateful hearts we welcome our beautiful son into this incredible world,” Johnny captioned a photo of himself and Meyer holding their infant son’s hand. “Thank you for all of your love and support. ❤️❤️❤️.”
Johnny, who also dated costar Kaley Cuoco during the sitcom’s run, stepped away from acting after his move to Nashville, with his latest major TV appearance being The Conners in 2019. He explained his decision to leave Hollywood in his interview with Architectural Digest.
“I never felt like much of an Angeleno,” he said. “And I did try. I say that with sadness, not with snobbery. Thirty years is just a very long time to live in a city that you’re not all that comfortable in. I think this is the first interview I’ve agreed to do in almost four years, and it’s purely because I’m excited to rave about [my design team] Emily and Louisa.”
