Ryan Reynolds is Blake Lively’s “favorite fan” of her beauty brand.

The Another Simple Favor actress and Blake Brown founder took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 21, to gush over her husband’s support of her beauty venture. The brand recently launched a new collection of hair and body mist scents that Reynolds, 48, loves.

“He legitimately uses [the products],” she wrote via Instagram. “His favorite is the Wild Nectar. I thought he was just being the best and most supportive husband, but he genuinely loves to wear them,” she said, adding the hair and body mists smell “so yummy and sexy” on him.

Blake Brown also debuted two other mists: Bergamot Woods, with notes of fresh citrus and subtle woodiness, and Sandalwood Vanille, a crisp take on creamy vanilla with a hint of jasmine.

Ryan Reynolds proved he’s wife Blake Lively‘s biggest fan while supporting her at a recent screening of her movie Another Simple Favor. Following the event on Sunday, April 27, Reynolds reposted a sweet clip shared via the A Simple Favor Instagram account. In the Instagram Story video, Reynolds, 48, was seen standing behind the photographers […]

“His skin picks up the more woody and masculine notes, with the lighter sweetness falling in the background, creating an overall smoothness,” Lively shared of her significant other, while also noting how well the hair and body mist complements his cologne. (Per GQ, Reynolds wears Labo Patchouli 24, because “it combines masculine musky scents with lighter tones of vanilla and birch,” which explains why it pairs perfectly with Blake Brown’s Wild Nectar, which is a lightweight scent with vanilla and cedarwood.)

“It’s amazing how versatile fragrance can be and how it adapts to the wearer for any age and gender,” Lively continued. “Smelling so differently on him than me and different on us than our mom or our teenage family members.”

She prefaced this with another Instagram post on Tuesday, May 20, that waxed poetic about the transformative effects of scent whenever you need a “boost of joy and vibrance when you’re not feeling your best.”

Lively can undoubtedly relate. This is Blake Brown’s first new product launch since she became involved in an ongoing legal battle with her It Ends With Us director and co-star, Justin Baldoni.

In December 2024, she accused him of sexual harassment, “disturbing” and “unprofessional” behavior on set, and a retaliatory smear campaign. Baldoni, 41, denied the allegations and filed a countersuit in January, alleging defamation and extortion against Lively, Reynolds, and their publicity team, who, for their part, have rejected the claims made against them by Baldoni. The legal battle (and war of words) is still ongoing and is scheduled to go to trial in March 2026.

In the meantime, Lively says she’s feeling “grateful” and “proud” to share the latest hair and body mists with her followers and “their husbands,” too. She also tagged her hubby, who was already busy hyping up Blake Brown on his own Instagram account, and then called him her “favorite fan.”

The couple met in 2010 on the set of Green Lantern and began dating in 2011. They were married in 2012 and have since welcomed four children: James, 10, Inez, 8, Betty, 5, and Olin, 2. According to Lively, Blake Brown is “a staple” in all of her family’s purses and backpacks.”

Blake Brown Hair & Body Mists are in stores and online at Target and blakebrownbeauty.com.
