Brooks Nader is sharing her honest reaction to ex-partner (and ex-boyfriend!) Gleb Savchenko not being part of the Dancing With the Stars season 35 cast.

“I honestly barely even noticed. I was like, ‘Whatever,’” Nader, 29, exclusively told Us at the 2026 Emmy Awards on Monday, September 14. “One person told me, and I was like, ‘OK.’ I don’t care. If he was back, I wouldn’t care. If he wasn’t, I wouldn’t care. I really don’t.”

During season 33 of ABC’s reality show, Nader and Savchenko, 42, turned their DWTS partnership into a romantic relationship. After the episodes wrapped in 2024, however, the pair went their separate ways.

Savchenko has moved on with Kaitlin Trujillo, but the professional dancer was noticeably missing from the season 35 cast when it was announced earlier this month.

Before presenting an award with her Baywatch costars during TV’s biggest night, Brooks revealed she will absolutely be watching her sister Sarah Jane Nader compete on DWTS when a new season kicks off Tuesday, September 15.

“I sounded like f***ing dance mom. I was like, ‘OK, you need to get a five.’ Yes, I’m Abby Lee Miller in the making,” Brooks joked at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. “I just told her to be a little sharper, but she looks amazing. She’s been training super hard. I’m just happy that they’re seeing that I wasn’t lying when I was doing Dancing With the Stars, and I’d come home, and I was such a raging bitch because I was so tired.”
