Roan, 27, confirmed during the Wednesday, March 26, episode of “Call Her Daddy” that she’s been in a relationship for six months, and it’s the real deal.

“It’s serious. I’m very in love, but I am pro-single,” the musician explained. “Everyone should be single. I’m serious. Be single. Stop dating. Be single. Have a great time alone. Find out for yourself if you can 100 percent be OK alone before you date. That’s what I found out.”

Roan noted that she “had a great time” during her single days.

“I know that I’ll be OK,” she added. “Now, I have an awesome time that I’m with someone.”

From details on her current romance to having more enjoyable sex with women, the Grammy-winning star spilled the tea. Keep scrolling for some of Roan’s major moments on “Call Her Daddy”:

Roan admitted that it would “actually be a nightmare” to date someone new now that she’s reached this level of fame.

“I’m dating the same person that I was dating before I, like blew up. I’m not sure how I would date now,” she explained. “I think I would be so f—ing single right now. I’m scared. I’m scared. I don’t trust anyone.”

Embracing Her Sexuality

The musician has since become “more comfortable” discussing her queer identity over the years but admitted that something “f—ed up” her sexuality.

“I think my nervous system is so fried that I can’t even feel flirtatious,” she said. “It’s just too intense to even be sexual at all. I’m just too sensitive, you know?”

When she was “having sex with men,” Roan, who now identifies as a lesbian, recalled feeling like it was “so performative” — something that was different with women.

“I think about hooking up with women compared to men and how much women give to their partner,” she said. “Specifically in fem relationships, it’s such an understanding that it’s so giving. I just feel like when I was with men, it wasn’t mutual.”

Getting Revenge on an Ex

During Wednesday’s podcast, Roan recalled seeing one of her ex-boyfriends at a club — and stealing the girl he was trying to hook up with.

“I’m actually not proud of this,” she admitted. “I see him hitting on this girl and I’m like, ‘Why the f— is he doing this in front of me? This is evil. We’re both single at this point so whatever. Roan said “weird art girls” are her type.

“Girls who love to read and who are very niche,” she added. “A girl that collects things and is OK with an exotic pet. Owned a hamster one time and would own one again. Doesn’t give a f— about their car. Will pick up a worm, is not scared of like bugs and snakes. Can get down watching a foreign film. Would be OK having zero plan.”

Elsewhere Roan noted that “car s—” is a dealbreaker, despite graphic descriptions of car sex in her song “Casual.”
