Chase Infiniti is still in awe of the past few months she’s had since her film debut, One Battle After Another, hit theaters in September.

“The overall love that the film is getting is bringing me so much joy and I’m glad that people are connecting with Willa and are loving her as much as I love her,” Infiniti, 25, exclusively told Us Weekly at TheWrap Power Women Summit 2025 on Tuesday, December 2. “So that more than anything has been the biggest reward.”

Infiniti said she’s “pinching” herself every day that she had the opportunity to be a part of such a critically acclaimed film, which has been receiving lots of Oscar buzz as of late.

“I just can’t believe that I am so fortunate to get to ride the wave of an incredible film that I love so much with an incredible group of people,” Infiniti told Us. “So I’m feeling so much love.”

There’s a new It Girl in Hollywood, and it’s One Battle After Another’s breakout star, Chase Infiniti. The actress captivated audiences with her role of Willa Ferguson/Charlene Calhoun in Paul Thomas Anderson’s 2025 action thriller alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Regina Hall and Teyana Taylor. For Infiniti, making her film debut was her biggest dream, […]

The action-thriller from director Paul Thomas Anderson also stars heavy-hitters like Leonardo DiCaprio, Teyana Taylor, Benicio del Toro,  Regina Hall, Sean Penn. DiCaprio, 51, played Willa’s dad, Bob, and has often referred to Infiniti as the “heart” of the film.

“I feel extremely privileged and extremely blessed to be here,” Infiniti told Us at the event. “I knew that Willa, when I first was getting to audition for her, meeting with Paul, that she was a character who was really well loved and she is the heart and soul of the film. So I really wanted to make sure that while I was auditioning for it and while we were working on it, I made sure to maintain that and take good care of that. And it was a big responsibility that I wanted to make sure that I did justice by her and justice by Paul’s writing. But I feel very, very lucky and very blessed to be in this position to tell a story with the character.”

Infiniti has said that starring as DiCaprio’s onscreen daughter left her “mindblown.”

“I remember getting told that I was going to meet him in a chemistry read, and then, finding out that I booked the job and that I would be working with him, I was like, ‘What do you mean I’m going to be acting opposite Leonardo DiCaprio?’ That truly blew my mind,” she told Taylor, 34, in an Interview Magazine article in September.

Infiniti told Elle in October that while working on set, she learned the “value of trusting yourself and your teammates.”

“We are on a team and we are all working towards the same goal,” Infiniti said in the interview with Elle. “Actually, I’ll say trusting the importance of trusting yourself. And then also observing what great, gentle leadership looks like, whether it be from Paul Thomas Anderson or from Leonardo DiCaprio. The two of them were incredible leaders and guides on that film.”

Infiniti is slated to star in the Handmaid’s Tale sequel, The Testaments, which will continue in the world of Gilead that author Margaret Atwood built.

“I can’t really tease anything, but I’m so excited for fans of the Handmaid’s Tale to see Hannah or Agnes in this new version of Gilead,” Infiniti told Us. “It was a lot of fun to get to work on the story, so I’m excited for people to see it.”
