Corie Walsh, the woman who obsessed over the Lindsay Clancy case and allegedly killed her 2-year-old son, sang a rendition of a Wizard of Oz classic while being questioned by investigators, according to reports.
Walsh, 40, who allegedly told officers she killed her son because she believed he was the “devil” and the “anti-Christ,” belted out “Follow the Yellow Brick Road” from the movie classic, according to court documents obtained by The Sun.
She is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the death of her son, Barrett Walsh, who was found hanging lifeless from a rafter in the basement of their suburban Chicago home.

Walsh’s attorney, Andrea Lyon, said her client was “psychotic” and rejected any connection between her interest in the Clancy case and the alleged killing.
“She was psychotic. And this is not a first-degree murder,” Lyon told reporters.
Before the killing, Walsh had become “very invested” in the Clancy murder trial, which involved the Massachusetts mother accused of killing her three children.
