Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, revealed he plans to call her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, and her former friend Brandi Glanville as part of their ongoing divorce, Us Weekly can report.

On Monday, September 29, Phypers, 53, filed a list of witnesses he plans to call to testify as part of the upcoming hearing next month.

Phypers list included Sheen, 60, with whom Richards, 54, was recently spotted posing on the red carpet for his Netflix documentary. Sheen and Richards were married from 2002 to 2006. The exes had a rocky breakup but appear to be on good terms at the moment.

The list also included Glanville, 52, who was a longtime friend of Richards until drama between the two erupted on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Glanville claimed she hooked up with Richards in season 10 of RHOBH but Richards adamantly denied the accusation.

Phypers said he and his family, including his mother Patricia Phypers, father Steven Phypers and brother Brett Phypers, will respond to Richards’ allegations that Phypers was abusive during the marriage.

In addition, they plan to talk about Richards’ “lack of fear, phone calls, messages, video she sent, violence by her, breaking Aaron’s phone, trespassing in family members’ rooms” and other topics.

Aaron said he will call Richards to the stand and grill her about her allegations against him, “her unreliability as a witness” and alleged violence against him. He said she will be questioned for one to two hours.
