The allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs continue as a new wave of lawsuits includes more claims of rape.

Diddy, 54, was named in seven more complaints, five of which were filed in New York Federal Court on Sunday, October 20, while the other two were accepted in New York Supreme Court on Monday, October 21. The allegations included multiple claims of Diddy allegedly drugging people who attended his infamous parties and then performing nonconsensual sex acts on them while they were disoriented.

In one filing obtained by Us Weekly, an unnamed female independent music artist, referred to as Jane Doe, claimed that she attended a December 2022 party hosted by Diddy in New York City. She accused the rapper of offering her cocaine, pills and marijuana, all of which she refused. She instead accepted a glass of wine.

Diddy later allegedly invited her to his private office where she began to feel disoriented. The woman accused Diddy of raping her, writing in the docs, “The next thing Plaintiff (Doe) clearly remembers is waking up around 6:00 AM, confused and disoriented, in the same office where the assault took place.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ infamous parties are being called into question amid the rapper’s legal troubles. After facing several sexual assault and abuse allegations from multiple people, Diddy, 54, was arrested in New York City on September 16 and later charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. In his 14-page indictment, Diddy was accused of orchestrating parties […]

The plaintiff recalled seeing blood on her legs, bruising on her lips and imprints on her arms and wrists, which made her assume she had been tied with ropes.

“Overwhelmed with fear and panic, [she] frantically searched for her belongings, including her phone and clothes, but could not find them. Instead, she discovered a pair of pants, a shirt and slides which she quickly put on before trying to escape. [She] eventually left the residence,” the complaint continued. “As a result of this incident, [she] has suffered significant emotional distress and trauma. She continues to deal with the psychological and emotional consequences of the assault.”

In a separate lawsuit, a personal trainer claimed he was “drugged and repeatedly sexually assaulted” by Diddy. The John Doe in the filing recalled getting invited to an exclusive afterparty where he was allegedly asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement. He was later instructed to drink a tequila soda with a cranberry juice mixer, which he claimed was drugged.

“Eventually, a business associate of Combs guided [the] plaintiff from a large room illuminated with red lights into a smaller room,” the lawsuit read. “There Plaintiff observed approximately a dozen individuals, including several well-known figures, who were engaging in group-sex activities.”

The alleged victim started to “feel disoriented, dizzy and weak,” adding, “At this moment of realizing his significant impairment, Combs approached Plaintiff, removed his pants and began performing nonconsensual oral sex onto him.”

John Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, addressed the lawsuit in a statement, saying, “While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and women. [The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body. These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.”

A rep for Combs denied the allegations in the trainer’s lawsuit. “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” their statement to Us read. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy is currently being held in a detention center without bail after he was indicted in September on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial is set to start in May 2025.

The music mogul pleaded not guilty to the charges and faces a sentence of up to life in prison if convicted. Diddy has since been named in dozens of lawsuits where he has been accused of sexual assault. His legal team continues to deny the allegations.
