Eric Dane‘s ex-girlfriend Priya Jain has donated $10,000 to the late actor’s GoFundMe fundraiser.

Us Weekly confirmed on Tuesday, February 24, that Jain, 28, contributed to the crowdfunding initiative — launched by “Friends of the Dane family” with ex-wife Rebecca Gayheart serving as “Beneficiary” — which has garnered more than $450,000 from 4,000 donations. Its target amount was listed as $500,000.

Jain, a California-based actress who appeared in the 2025 film Not Without Hope alongside Josh Duhamel, and Dane dated for nearly one year after first being linked in November 2024. Earlier this month, a source told Us exclusively that the pair “reconnected their relationship as friends” several months prior to Dane’s death on Thursday, February 19, at the age of 53.

The Grey’s Anatomy and Euphoria star’s death came after a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, according to Mayo Clinic.

Eric Dane has found himself in a love triangle. The Grey’s Anatomy alum brought filmmaker Janell Shirtcliff to the Los Angeles premiere of his new Prime Video show, Countdown, on June 18, but a source tells Us Weekly he was “still seeing” model and actress Priya Jain at the time. “Priya is devastated,” the insider says, […]

Dane’s death came as a shock to Jain, as “Priya didn’t think it would happen this quickly,” the insider said at the time. (Dane went public with his ALS diagnosis in April 2025 and died 10 months later.)

“She has a lot of love for his family [and] knows how hard this is for his daughters,” the source added. Dane shared daughters Billie, 15, and Georgia, 14, with Gayheart, 54. (Although she initially filed for divorce in 2018, the pair remained legally married until his death.)

Jain’s contribution comes after Gayheart publicly acknowledged the GoFundMe initiative via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, February 21. Alongside several family photos that showed Dane with their daughters, Gayheart linked fans to the GoFundMe page.

“Thank you to everyone,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum wrote next to the link.

The actor’s family confirmed his death in a statement on Thursday. “With heavy hearts, we share that Dane passed on Thursday afternoon following a courageous battle with ALS. He spent his final days surrounded by dear friends, his devoted wife and his two beautiful daughters, Billie and Georgia, who were the center of his world,” the statement read. “Throughout his journey with ALS, Eric became a passionate advocate for awareness and research, determined to make a difference for others facing the same fight.”

The GoFundMe page was launched in the hours following Dane’s death, with a friend later publicly addressing the initiative. Mike McGuiness wrote via Instagram, “My friend of almost two decades just left us after a brutal battle with ALS. I’m the positive spin guy and can come up with something hopeful in most any situation. This one broke me.”

The post continued, “COVID and ALS did a number on his work life and he, sadly, couldn’t leave his family with the resources he had hoped. A GoFundMe is being made and I will post it on my story for anyone able to help.”

The fundraiser has attracted contributions from multiple high-profile stars including Euphoria creator Sam Levinson who gave $27,000, and Hailey Bieber, who donated $20,000.
