It’s an old video that’s been re-Tooled.

Footage of famed fitness instructor Kendall Toole admonishing an exerciser during a 2023 cycle class has suddenly blown up on social media, with some saying they’ll use the savage takedown as inspiration in their own lives.

During a live Peloton class in August 2023, Toole blasted a biker-rider who had logged on for the virtual session under the username “pedal-file.”

“Get them banned. Get them banned. We don’t do that here,” the fired-up fitness fanatic fumed in the clip. “Oh, now I’m pissed. Find out who that is, and get them banned. We don’t do that. I ain’t the one, baby. I take no disrespect.”

Now, two-and-a-half years later, the video has been recirculating on X, even earning attention from Toole herself.

“Never been so proud to have said this,” the former Peloton instructor proclaimed. “We stand on business, get them banned yall.”

Some fans took to the site, saying they’ll use the video as inspiration to clap back when they’re mistreated. Others said they’re already using it to hype themselves up for workouts and job hunts.

“This really one of the best videos to ever grace the internet,” one admirer enthused.

Texas-born Toole, 32, was one of Peloton’s most popular instructors, famed for her tough approach in class.

The blonde earned admirers after speaking openly about her long battles with anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder, revealing in 2022 that she had even considered committing suicide.

“I hid my whole life,” she told NBC. “I pretended I was this cool girl with everything under control. That wasn’t helping me. That wasn’t helping anybody. When we’re vulnerable we can positively impact people. That’s when we can make a difference.”

Toole left Peloton in 2024, but offers strength training, boxing and cycling classes through her own platform, NKO Club.
