Former NFL star Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against ex-wife Haley Kalil after the TikTok influencer discussed his manhood via social media.

The athlete, 36, filed legal documents on Tuesday, January 6, claiming that Haley, 33, provided “invasive commentary” and drew “unwanted attention” in saying during a November 2025 Twitch livestream that the size of his penis was the “biggest factor” in the pair’s breakup. The legal filing was first reported by TMZ.

Haley told Us Weekly in a statement on Tuesday night that she was blindsided by Matt’s filing. “I am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing. Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal,” the statement read.

Haley said on the livestream with fellow content creator Marlon Garcia that Matt’s manhood provided ongoing marital issues prior to Haley filing to divorce him in 2022. “I was going to try it all — therapists, doctors [and I] looked up lipo-type s***, you know what I mean?” she said at the time. “It was, like, he’s .01 percent of the population. We tried everything [and it was] impossible unless you’re going to be in tears.”

Per TMZ’s reporting, Matt’s lawsuit stated that Haley’s words “implied that the size of [Matt’s] genitalia was a primary factor in the parties’ divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse … would leave her ‘in tears.’”

The documents reportedly claimed that Matt said his family “has been forced to “endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.”

Matt’s filing also claimed that Haley was able to “financially benefit from this surge in traffic.” Matt is now seeking damages “on all causes asserted in the complaint,” with the total amount “exceeding $75,000,” per the outlet.

She told Us, “The truth is in the original livestream. I speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation.”

Haley publicly defended the livestream in the wake of its release, telling TMZ Sports in a November 5 statement that there was more to the pair’s marriage woes than the size of Matt’s penis. “It’s unfortunate that only one fragment is being amplified because it doesn’t capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me,” she told the outlet at the time. “I hope [the] hour and half long conversation reflects more than a funny soundbite.”
