Influencer Beth Nicely is showing off her postpartum figure.
Beth, 41, showed off her postpartum figure just six months after giving birth to her second baby with husband Adam Nicely. In the first pic of her carousel, Beth showed off her baby bump while wearing a black sports bra and leggings. She went makeup-free and wore her hair in a ponytail. In both pictures, she made the same pose with her arm sticking out to the side.
When fans swiped to the next photo, Beth showed off her figure now. She wore a brown sports bra and matching leggings that sculpted her toned abs. Just like in the first pic, Beth went au naturel and wore her hair in an updo.
“Swipe to today! 4 days before I gave birth to 6 months postpartum,” Beth captioned the post. “The female body is truly magical✨.”
Fans were quick to compliment her in the comments section.
“OK this is actually blowing my mind,” one wrote, while another gushed, “Absolutely amazing ❤️🔥.” A third commented, “Wow!!! Impressive!!!”
Beth announced the birth of her son, Jacob, in August 2025. At the time, she shared a photo of herself cradling him in a hospital bed. “Welcome to the world, Jacob Garner Nicely!” she wrote, revealing he was born at 1:29 a.m. and weighed 9 pounds.
She went on to explain the meaning behind his name, writing, “Jacob: son of who Adam is named after in his family. Garner: my grandfather, father, and brother’s middle name. We love you so much, Jacob♥️.” (Beth and Adam are also the parents of daughter Ella, 2, who was born in August 2023.)
Ahead of welcoming Jacob, Beth compared her seven-month belly to how she looked at the same stage while pregnant with Ella. She wore a red bikini with thick straps and a scoop neck. She teamed the top with low-waisted bottoms, styling both looks with a straw floppy hat and black shades.
“This is me 7 months pregnant with Ella (left) and 7 months pregnant with baby boy (right),” she wrote alongside the pics. “The female body is WILD. And pregnancy is different for everyone, even in the same body! He’s a big boy! 😂🤰🏻.”
Beth previously celebrated Ella’s 1st birthday in August 2024. She shared a sweet post to commemorate the day. “This is the month my daughter turns ONE. This is the month I’ve been a mother for ONE year,” she gushed.
“The woman I was before Ella was incredible and the woman I am now is the strongest version of myself yet,” Beth added.
Beth also reflected on her postpartum body after giving birth to Ella, sharing in November 2023 that her “rectus abdominis muscles” had “healed.”
“Every pregnant woman has what’s called ‘Diastasis recti.’ It’s the natural separation of your rectus abdominis as your belly expands during pregnancy,” Beth explained. “What’s serious is when there is a major separation. Normal separation is under 2 fingers distance, major is anything above that which will need physical therapy and sometimes surgery to fix.”
