Influencer Yarely Ashley Hermosillo has died at age 27 after being hit by a stray bullet.

“It is with broken hearts that we share the tragic and unexpected passing of our beloved Yarely. At just 27 years old, Yarely’s life was taken far too soon in a senseless act of violence,” a GoFundMe tribute read. “She was an innocent victim caught in the middle of a road rage incident between others, leaving her family and friends devastated.”

The tribute called Hermosillo a “loving wife” and a “devoted” mother to her 4-year-old son, who “now face[s] an unimaginable loss.”

“As our family grieves this heartbreaking tragedy, we are asking for support to help ease the financial burden her husband now faces — covering funeral expenses, as well as providing for their young son during this difficult time,” the message read. “No amount can ever replace Yarely’s presence, but your kindness and generosity will help bring comfort and stability to her family as they navigate life without her.”

The tribute continued, “We are forever grateful for every prayer, share, and donation made in Yarely’s honor. Thank you for helping us celebrate her life, carry on her memory, and surround her husband, son, siblings and mother with love during this devastating time. May her soul rest in peace, and may her memory live on through the love she gave so freely.”

Multiple outlets reported that Glendale, Arizona, police arrested suspect Jesus Preciado Dousten, 33, on several charges, including second-degree murder in connection to the influencer’s death.

Authorities claimed that Dousten was driving a pickup truck on Friday, August 15, and began to argue with the driver of another truck at a red light — where Dousten pulled out a handgun and fired a shot. The bullet allegedly went through the passenger window of Hermosillo’s vehicle, striking her in the head. Hermosillo reportedly was not involved in the argument.
