It Ends With Us actor and director Justin Baldoni resurfaced on social media to mark a recent milestone.

Justin, 41, took to Instagram on Sunday, July 27, to pay tribute to wife Emily Baldoni as the couple celebrated 12 years of marriage.

Sharing a photo of himself and Emily, 40, in one another’s arms on their wedding day, Justin captioned the post, “I’d marry you again and again and again and again… Happy anniversary my love. T W E L V E. ❤️.”

The post comes more than two months after his last social media post and amid Justin’s ongoing legal battle with his It Ends With Us costar Blake Lively, which began in December 2024 when she filed a lawsuit against Justin amid allegations of sexual harassment and creating a hostile on-set environment. (Justin has denied all allegations of wrongdoing, in addition to denying that he hired a crisis team to publicly smear Lively’s reputation.)

In the legal saga’s most recent development, Us Weekly revealed on Wednesday, July 23, that a content creator, YouTuber Kassidy O’Connell, is hitting back after Lively, 37, and her legal team allegedly issued improper subpoenas to Google over O’Connell and intends to seek sanctions in the high-profile court battle, per documents obtained by Us at the time.

In a separate legal filing, Us also revealed that Justin’s lawyers claimed a series of alleged subpoenas from Lively’s team were sent to multiple content creators. A representative for Lively told Us in response to the news, “Subpoenas are not accusations of wrongdoing. They are tools for gathering admissible evidence in federal court. There is no silencing of content creators, they are obviously making their views known. This is a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Justin Baldoni and a number of other Wayfarer defendants and we are simply seeking information to aid in our fact gathering.”

After Lively’s lawsuit was filed in December 2024, Justin accused Lively in conjunction with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, of taking control of It Ends With Us once production on the August 2024 film wrapped.

The $400 million defamation lawsuit filed by Justin against Lively was dismissed by Judge Lewis Liman on June 9.

Justin has kept his legal matters away from social media since Lively’s initial lawsuit went public last December. Sharing just two Instagram posts in the months that followed, the first celebrated Mother’s Day on May 11 and featured a photo of himself with Emily, a fellow actress, along with his mother Sharon, and Justin’s two children shared with Emily.
