Jason Bateman was in total dad mode at the Black Rabbit world premiere – bringing his wife and kids along for the special night.

Bateman, 56, and his wife, Amanda Anka, were accompanied by their two daughters, Francesca, 18, and Maple, 13, to celebrate the series at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday, September 7.

The family adorably wore coordinating black and brown outfits, with the actor opting for a brown button-down shirt, black slacks and black dress shoes for the event. Anka, 56, shined in a two-piece black set, giving a peek at her midriff, while Maple and Francesca sported black and brown dresses with matching black shoes.

Bateman is a known family man, gushing over his daughters on a regular basis whenever he gets the chance.

“Being a father of two is everything I wanted,” he told Redbook in 2013. “I’m a big fan of marriage and being a dad. And my wife, Amanda, makes those things easy. She spoils me; she makes the husband part simple.”

Bateman then explained exactly how Anka spoils him, adding, “By doing a lot of the heavy lifting when I’m super busy with work. I try to make up for it on weekends and when I do get home. I respect that she’s having to wrangle the two kids by herself.”

He also revealed the secret to what made their marriage last in Hollywood.

“Our marriage has defied the odds and works really well,” Bateman gushed. “We are really aware of our boundaries. We know how to bug each other and not bug each other. If you don’t get along, it’s garbage. With a girlfriend, you get into a fight, you drive away. With us, we learn to fight quickly or not at all. I wanted to marry a friend. Friends last longer.”

Most recently, Bateman revealed that his girls have a great relationship with longtime friend Jennifer Aniston.

“She almost makes us parents look bad because she’s so incredibly attentive and consistent with her curiosity and warmth,” he told Vanity Fair in an interview published on August 11. “She’s the first one to call or text about big dates in the girls’ lives. She has questions about boyfriends.”

When asked if Maple and Francesca considered Aniston to be an aunt, Bateman’s answer was rather touching.

“Aunts you might not see all the time. She’s almost closer to a co-mom with Amanda,” he told the outlet. “She’s been a part of their lives from the moment they were born. It is odd for them to even understand the public Jennifer Aniston.”
