Jodie Turner-Smith has been named in a new lawsuit, alleging that she reportedly helped facilitate her brother’s sexual misconduct.
The Queen & Slim actress, 40, and her brother, Richard Smith, are being sued by three Jane Does, according to Thursday, September 24, court documents obtained by Us. The unidentified plaintiffs accused Turner-Smith of allegedly providing her brother with housing, transportation and financial support despite her apparent awareness and enablement of his misdeeds. In the lawsuit, Smith allegedly invited the women to parties, where they each claimed to have encountered drugs, firearms and multiple individuals engaging in sexual activities. Jane Doe 3, for her part, also alleged that Smith offered her housing in exchange for sexual benefits. She said that she stayed for several months, where Smith allegedly forced himself on her, before she left several months later after feeling unsafe.
Turner-Smith, for her part, is accused of property-related negligence, negligence per se, child endangerment and aiding and abetting.
“Plaintiffs further allege that Turner-Smith’s role is distinct from Smith’s alleged direct
conduct,” court docs read. “Plaintiffs contend that the evidence described below supports an inference that Turner-Smith knew of significant dangers associated with Smith and, despite that knowledge, continued to provide or make available resources that enabled Smith to maintain housing, transportation, and a lifestyle in which the alleged conduct continued.”
Per the accusers, Turner-Smith should be held liable on “on the specific acts, omissions, knowledge, assistance, resources, and property-related conduct” regarding the complaints against Smith. Jane Doe 2, for her part, alleged that Smith also made comments about the model to her that insinuated Turner-Smith was aware of his alleged drug operation. Per the plaintiff, Turner-Smith helped her brother pay for narcotics, other bills and gifted him an Audi vehicle that he used to allegedly transport packages.
The plaintiffs are seeking compensatory, punitive and statutory damages.

Turner-Smith has vehemently denied the accusations.
“This is a fictional lawsuit filed by someone who has been harassing Jodie while hiding behind the name Jane Doe. The claims are not true,” Turner-Smith’s spokesperson told TMZ in a statement. “This is an abuse of the legal system, allowing someone to make up facts and file meritless legal documents.”
The rep further claims that the three accusers are actually one person claiming to be three Does. Us has reached out to Turner-Smith and Smith’s reps for comment.
