Kourtney Kardashian shared an inside look at her son Rocky Thirteen’s 1st birthday party.
In true Kardashian form, Kourtney, 45, celebrated the special day with an elaborate party at her home, but only shared brief glimpses of the celebration on social media. Kourtney posted a snap of two colorful Mickey Mouse balloons via her Instagram Story on Friday, November 1, seemingly from Rocky’s party.
Kourtney shares Rocky with husband Travis Barker; the two welcomed their first child together on November 1, 2023. Travis’ daughter Alabama Barker, 18, whom he shares with ex Shoanna Moakler, also appeared to be in attendance at her stepbrother’s birthday bash. She shared a photo via her Instagram Story of a full-sized carousel in the dark, which was captioned, “At our house is insane!” Kourtney reshared the photo to her Instagram Story.
Along with Rocky, Kourtney and Travis’ blended family includes Mason, 14, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 9, whom Kourtney shares with ex Scott Disick; as well as Alabama, Landon, 21,, and Atiana De La Hoya, 25, who is Travis’ stepdaughter by Moakler.

While Kourtney and the Blink-182 drummer have not publicly shared their personal birthday wishes for Rocky on social media yet, grandma Kris Jenner took to Instagram to gush about her thirteenth grandchild.

“Happy birthday to our precious Rocky!! I can’t believe you are already a year old! It feels like just yesterday that we were welcoming you to the world,” she captioned her post, which included photos and videos of Rocky with his parents. “You are grandchild number 13 and the most precious little smiley boy I have ever met!! I can’t wait to watch you grow up and I am so thankful to God that He chose me to be your grandma. I love you so so much and I can’t wait to watch you grow. ❤️😍🙏🏼”
Kourtney and Travis tied the knot in May 2022 and welcomed Rocky in November last year, shortly after she underwent a “terrifying” fetal surgery. “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” Kardashian wrote via Instagram in September 2023.

“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock,” she continued. “And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.
