Kylie Kelce is eventually planning to go under the knife.
Kelce, 33, opened up about getting a breast augmentation while chatting with her former college roommates during an episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast on Thursday, February 12. During the episode, she shared a TikTok of a woman revealing her chest to her friends after getting a boob job.
“Really, my plan is, we’re gonna end up doing this,” Kelce said, to which her friends said they were “in” for.
“I already know that,” she replied. “I wanted to be clear, you were in whether you like it or not.” She joked, “I was gonna bait you with snacks and then be like, ‘Hey, have you seen these?’”
Kylie, who shares four daughters with Jason Kelce, explained, “To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong.” The podcast host added, “Because four kids. That’s all I have to say about that.”
Her friends noted that they would have an “honest” reaction to her breasts.
“They’re gonna tell it how it is,” Kylie laughed. “So I would be a little worried. I’m gonna wait until they settle because if I did [a reveal] fresh out of surgery, [my friend] would be like, ‘I don’t know why they’re at your neck.’”
Kylie most recently gave birth to Finnley “Finn” in March 2025. She also shares Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, and Bennett, 2, with Jason, 38.
Kylie isn’t the only star who has gone under the knife after having children.
In 2022, Kristin Cavallari answered fans’ questions during a Q&A via Instagram. One asked, “Are your boobs real? They look amazing! (Jealous mom of 2 here 😂).”
The actress replied and revealed, “Gonna keep it real with y’all: got a lift after breast feeling all 3 kids.” Cavallari, 39, shares sons Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and daughter Saylor, 10, with ex-husband Jay Cutler.
Cavallari also shared that one of her implants ruptured in May 2025, so she got them “redone.”
“Particularly the right one was not [sitting right],” she said during an episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast. “I thought maybe gravity over time had taken hold, but it just wasn’t how I wanted it. It just wasn’t ideal.”
Cavallari then shared that she went to her doctor and learned that her implant ruptured and her body formed “a huge piece of scar tissue around it.”

“My intuition was saying, ‘Redo your boobs. Go get your boobs checked out. At least get a consultation.’ And I can’t tell you why, but something in me was telling me to do it,” she explained. She then explained that because she’s single, she wanted to get her implants replaced.
“Right now in my life is when I need the best boobs imaginable,” Cavallari quipped.
Cavallari and Cutler, 52, tied the knot in 2013. They called it quits in 2020 and finalized their divorce in 2022.
