Kylie Kelce is getting candid about the “worst” symptom she has experienced at the “bitter end” of her 4th pregnancy with another daughter.
“One of the worst ones is my insomnia,” Kelce, 33, shared in an episode on her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast on Monday, March 24. “The other night probably four different times Jason [Kelce] rolled over and said, ‘What are you doing? Why are you awake?’ I was awake from 2:30 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. for no reason whatsoever.”
Kylie, who already shares daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 2, with husband Jason, 37, noted she had no idea why she was awake.
“I wasn’t uncomfortable, she wasn’t doing flips, I didn’t have reflux at that moment,” she explained. “I couldn’t tell you why I couldn’t sleep for four and a half hours. It was just me, myself, my thoughts, which is lovely.”
The soon to be mom of four went on to share that “at some point” she thought maybe she should get up and do laundry or “be productive” — but she chose not to.
“I continued to lay there and try to convince myself that I was going to fall asleep,” Kylie said. “Good news is my alarm went off at 6:45 so it was a nice 15 minutes.”
Aside from her insomnia, Kylie also explained that she can’t “really get a good breath” towards the end of her pregnancy.
“Specifically, when I’m sitting,” she explained, noting that she’ll often have to sit back on the couch to open up her lungs and her reflux has been “the same that it’s been.”
“I would love to eat some spicy foods,” Kylie added.

Kylie announced in November 2024 that she was expecting her fourth child, another daughter, with Jason, who she has been married to since 2018.
“I feel like we captured a very accurate representation of how each of the girls feel about getting another sister,” she wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of their three kids wearing matching “Big Sister” shirts with Bennett crying, Wyatt holding her hands over her ears and Elliotte smiling. “At least Ellie, mom and dad are on the same page! 🤷♀️.”
Following their social media announcement, Jason shared that they are pretty prepared to have a fourth daughter.
“I got it pretty easy, I’m not gonna lie,” he told E! News in a November 2024 interview. “There’s another girl, so the clothes are all going to be hand-me-downs or already bought. The crib is already situated. So we’re pretty set.”
Jason joked that Kylie is “definitely preparing more” than he is though because “she’s actually growing the human being.”
