The Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen is clearing the air on whether she recently had plastic surgery.
“OK, so I feel like that photo went viral [and] I’m wondering if someone made it look like that because this is what my face looks like, you guys,” Pippen, 51, said in a Saturday, August 9, Instagram Story video. “I’m on TV, so you know what I look like. I just shot my reunion a few days ago, so you’ll see what I look like at the reunion.”
Plastic Surgeon Mai Kaga uploaded an Instagram video about Pippen earlier this week, sharing a before and after photo and claiming that the Bravo star went from “naturally beautiful to noticeably overfilled” after getting multiple types of plastic surgery.
“I did have PRP,” Pippen said on Saturday, referring to a Platelet-Rich Plasma treatment that injects a patient’s own platelets to promote healing. “I did have an allergic reaction to the PRP, which I didn’t even know you could have.”
She continued, “So, my face is a bit swollen, but it doesn’t look like that. Keep on hating, guys!”
Pippen has previously been candid about the other cosmetic procedures she’s had over the years.

“I’ve had my nose done. I’ve had my lips done. And that’s basically it,” Pippen said during the RHOM reunion in 2022, also noting she had a breast augmentation ahead of season 3.
At the time, Pippen was also rumored to have gotten a Brazilian butt lift.
“I literally work out seven days a week,” she told Andy Cohen during the reunion, denying the speculation. “If I show you my photos from five years ago, I was less than 100 pounds. I’m 140 pounds now, so yeah, my legs look thicker than they were, my arms look thicker than they were. My whole body has changed. My body’s tight because I work out.”

Pippen further stressed that she was “very happy” with how she looked.
“I feel like I’m very progressive,” she said. “I’m into trends, and I feel like whatever makes me feel good and look good, I’m willing to do. I’m that person. I’m very happy with the way I look.”

Lisa Hochstein, who was previously married to plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, also defended her RHOM costar later that month.
“It’s a personal thing. No one needs to tell you what they’ve gotten done,” Lisa, 43, exclusively told Us Weekly. “This whole thing about, well she’s on TV or you should be owning up to what you did, not really, it’s not it’s for her to tell or not to tell.”
