Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, finally unloaded their West Hollywood condo after slashing the price on the property, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
According to real estate records, the Vanderpump Rules star, 64, sold the two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 955-square-foot property on May 5. The sales price is listed as $685,000.
Vanderpump and Todd listed the home for sale on July 26, 2024, with the asking price of $799,000.
The couple reduced the price to $750,000 in September 2024, and then down to $725,000 in October 2024.
A couple of weeks later, they slashed the price down to $699,000. The condo eventually sold after they reduced the price by another $10,000.

The listing for the condo read, “First floor split bedroom unit in a quiet courtyard setting central to all of LA with an unbelievable walking score to so many great restaurants & shopping a few blocks away to Melrose Place.”
Vanderpump and Todd, 79, purchased the home for $630,000 in August 2016, which means they still made a profit on the sale. Daily Mail reported that Vanderpump and Todd’s son, Max Todd, had lived in the home for years.
Vanderpump told the outlet, “Max is selling it after living there for seven years.”
At the time, she said, “He will be traveling this summer and working in Idaho, where he spent 2020 during COVID working with autistic children, and has returned to enjoy the summer there. He will look for a new place upon his return. At 32, thankfully, he makes his own decisions.”
Vanderpump and Todd still own their massive estate named, Villa Rosa, in Beverly Hills, worth an estimated $10 to $14 million.
In addition, Vanderpump recently purchased a massive estate in Las Vegas worth $5 million.
Sources told TMZ the home features a “massive pool with breathtaking desert views.”
The source said Lisa had no plans to sell her Villa Rosa home.

The insider said the reality star would be splitting her time between California and Nevada.
Vanderpump has launched a series of businesses and partnerships in Sin City in the past several years.
She recently launched her third Vegas spot, Pinky’s by Vanderpump, at the Flamingo.
Additionally, the reality star has Vanderpump à Paris and Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, both located at Caesars Palace.
The businesswoman also continues to run The Vanderpump Dog Foundation, her non profit dog rescue organization that works on “domestic and international fronts to create a better world for dogs.”
On top of that, Vanderpump stars on Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa and will be returning to Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules following the entire cast being let go and recast.
TMZ reported that the reboot recently started shooting with the new cast.
Vanderpump recently told E! News about the reboot, “It’s moving along at a very fast pace. But it’s totally different to the original show. Of course, it has to be different. That story had been told.”
As Us previously reported, Rachel Leviss, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, who were members of the original Vanderpump Rules cast, are still battling it out in court.
Leviss, 30, accused her former costars of invasion of privacy. Sandoval, 42, and Madix, 40, denied all allegations of wrongdoing. The case has suffered various delays and is ongoing.
