Lizzo spoke candidly about her day on a plate amid her recent weight loss.

The “Good as Hell” singer, 37, said during an interview with Women’s Health, published on Tuesday, July 1, that she is committed to three protein and vegetable-packed meals per day. In turn, the regimen helps to maintain a “far surpassed” goal weight.

The dietary disclosure comes after Lizzo announced in January via Instagram that she had reached her “weight release goal,” a figure she hadn’t seen on the scales since 2014.

According to the outlet, Lizzo’s “go-to breakfast” consists of two scrambled eggs, chicken sausage and a “cauliflower hash brown.” For lunch, she opts for either a “shredded Thai chicken salad,” lettuce wraps “stuffed with tuna,” or sliced chicken breast.

Lizzo is sharing the secrets to her weight loss journey. The “About Damn Time” singer, 36, gave fans an insight into her eating and exercise habits during a TikTok Live on Tuesday, April 22. Lizzo revealed that she once consumed “two to three” large Starbucks drinks a day, estimating that she drank around 1,2000 calories […]

“There’s a balance,” she told the outlet. “I think that’s what true health is. It’s a beautiful balance where it’s like, if you allow yourself to have something, you can enjoy it without overindulging and hurting yourself. I’m so proud of myself for overcoming that.”

Lizzo delved into her weight loss journey during a June 19 interview on Trisha Paytas’ “Just Trish” podcast. Her candid reflections included admitting that she “tried everything,” including Ozempic medications.

“It’s just the science for me — calories in versus calories out. Ozempic works because you eat less food,” Lizzo told Paytas, 37, during the episode. “That’s it. It makes you feel full. If you can just do that on your own — mind over matter — it’s the same thing.”

Lizzo’s interview with Women’s Health also explored the unhealthy eating habits she has managed to leave behind. “There were times when I would eat so much that my stomach hurt. When I was done, I would be so uncomfortable, I couldn’t breathe and wouldn’t let anyone know. I would hide it,” she told the outlet. “I had so much food noise and connected so much emotion to food. If I were sad, anxious, stressed, or working a lot, I would snack and just eat constantly. And then I would wait for everybody to leave, secretly order two separate meals on a food delivery site, then order dessert on a separate one.”
