Yes, you can find love in the big city.

An NYC realtor to the stars who insists it’s “easy” to meet men in the Big Apple has soared to internet acclaim for her Manhattan savvy and dating know-how — posting entertaining viral videos online that offer relationship advice and the best hotspots for date night.

“I know New York very, very well,” native New Yorker Laurie Cooper told the Daily Mail. “And I walk these streets — West Side, East Side, SoHo, Tribeca, I know it all.”

“Don’t be available so much. Don’t text. Don’t text too much. Don’t even answer his text,” Cooper said. “Just play cool, that’s what I would tell you.” Instagram/laurie_cooper_realty

That makes Cooper — who caters to music artists, Real Housewives stars and more at her day job — a seasoned expert.

“I think it’s easy to meet a guy here,” said Cooper, who boasts over 100,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok combined. “Honestly, I think if you go to the right place, and they’re real here.”

In a series of TikTok videos, she rattles off places like Emmett’s on Grove, Rocco’s in Noho, the West Village’s Due West and Bella Union in Murray Hill as great spots to meet eligible bachelors.

Meanwhile, her first date picks are all in the Village — speakeasy Little Branch, Alice on W. 13th St. and St. Jardim on W. 10th St.

“So you just got to get out there. Never stay home,” Cooper implored. “I say this over and over again. You get nowhere.”

Picking up a single guy is the next step — and Cooper said that the best way to flirt with someone is to walk right up to them with confidence.

“Say, ‘Hey, you look interesting. How are you? Where are you from?’” she said.

“I talk to everyone. I’m not looking for a date, but when I go to a bar, I see to the people next to me. I go to an art gallery, I talk to people,” she explained.

She insisted that people “must step forward” in order to “meet all kinds of people.”

“Go into a coffee shop, hip, trendy downtown spot, take your little computer with you, and you’d be surprised who’s sitting next to you,” she noted.

As for general dating advice, Cooper’s golden rule is to never give it up too easily.

“You’ve heard it said over and over, it’s true,” she said.

“Always think the best of yourself. If you think the most of yourself, they will think the most of you. If you want to meet a great guy, I mean, you just gotta wait it out.”

She recommends at least waiting until the fifth date before slipping between the sheets, advising single ladies to make a man “pant” for them, saying that “the chase is the way.”

“It’s unfortunate, it’s true,” she said.

“I mean, you got a guy easy, you think ‘Oh my God, what’s wrong with him?’ If it’s somebody interesting, you got to make sure they treat you well.”

Cooper also cautioned women that, if the relationship seems like it might be headed south, they should leave the man before he has the chance to jump ship.

“Destroys his ego,” she said.

“Don’t be available so much. Don’t text. Don’t text too much. Don’t even answer his text. Just play cool, that’s what I would tell you.”
