An inmate’s reveal about life in prison has gone viral — and some TikTokkers are seemingly into it.

In the video, a user named Jodie (@jodieandjail) shared a document about her “basic guide to life” at Peterborough Prison in England.

In the regime of what a day typically looks like as a prisoner, the day begins at 7:10 a.m. when they are unlocked from their cells for breakfast, which can be eaten either in the wing or back in their cell.

After 20 minutes of that, at 7:30 a.m., inmates will either be locked up again or have a 30-minute window to exercise with a walk around a small courtyard if the weather is nice and if there are enough officers to monitor.

At 8:40 a.m., activities commence with the day’s work and education, in which prisoners attend their jobs or classes. Between 9 a.m. and 11:15 a.m., people can engage in “free flow,” or move around the prison at a designated time.

When work and classes end at 11:50 a.m., inmates head back to the wings for a 20-minute lunch break that begins at noon.

Visiting hours occur after lunch, during which time officers escort the prisoners to the visiting area. If an inmate doesn’t have a visit, they will be locked up from the end of mealtime until 1:40 p.m.

Another round of activities, exercise and free flow comes after that — though Jodie claimed that exercise “doesn’t happen very often, at all,” and they’re “not allowed to go outside for fresh air.”

Dinner is served at 5:15 p.m., and then inmates are locked up at 6:40 p.m. until the next morning, at which time the schedule repeats.

The video topped 585,500 views with hundreds of comments from people who seemed … well, actually interested in the orderly life behind bars.

“I’m so stressed at the moment that I’m looking at this going ‘this ain’t that bad,’” one person wrote.

“A stable routine and discipline is what I’m missing to thrive,” another added.

“I actually think this is how I’d finally get some structure to my life,” one quipped.

“The cost of living is so bad that this looks relaxing,” someone chimed in.

“Don’t sound too bad tbh. Might have a few years off n go inside,” a user added.
