Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual assault by three more alleged victims, Us Weekly can confirm.
Per the documents obtained on Thursday, December 12, the unnamed victims alleged that Diddy, 55, drugged and sexually assaulted them. The earliest claim in the docs was in 2019.
Two of the accusers alleged that they went to hotels with the rapper, with one claiming they were raped at his home in the Hamptons. (One claimed to be raped by Diddy in his suite at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, the same location where he was arrested in September.)
All three alleged victims claim they accepted alcoholic beverages from Diddy, alleging that they passed out and came to when he was sexually assaulting them.
One accuser claimed that the alleged rape was filmed by Diddy’s associates, who then paid him $2,500 on behalf of the music mogul. The other two alleged victims did not claim to be paid.
One alleged victim claimed that Diddy told them going to the police would make them “look like an idiot,” adding that he would “never [be] able to substantiate his claims against Combs” because of his star status.
The same accuser also alleged that the men from Diddy’s entourage called his cell phone to “threaten and intimidate” him into silence after the sexual assault.
Per the lawsuit, the alleged victims did not come forward with their stories because of fear and humiliation. (TMZ was the first to report the new claims.)
Diddy’s attorneys slammed the accusations laid out in the lawsuits in a statement to Us. “These complaints are full of lies,” the statement read. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
The new wave of lawsuits come months after Diddy was arrested in New York City and indicted on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied all allegations against him and currently remains in prison.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” read a statement to Us in October. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
Diddy has been denied bail four times. His trial is set to begin in 2025.
