Austen Kroll has claimed that he and Southern Charm costar Salley Carson aren’t having sex, but he confessed she has stayed over.
“Salley and I have a wonderful relationship. We’ve hung out all sorts of times,” Austen, 38, said during part 1 of the Southern Charm season 11 reunion, which aired on Wednesday, March 18. “There’ve been drunken makeouts. We have had a sleepover.”
Salley, 31, claimed the sleepover was “very innocent,’ telling host Andy Cohen, “We were watching TV and we woke up.”
Austen confirmed Salley’s statement to be true before she revealed that the pair watched Heated Rivalry together. (Heated Rivalry is an HBO Max show about two rival hockey players who develop feelings for each other off the ice, with many steamy sex scenes throughout.)
“Oh, we did. Holy s***. We did. We watched the first couple episodes,” Austen said. “It’s skate porn, Andy. It didn’t get me in the mood.”
Craig Conover started to laugh, joking, “Heated Rivalry is supposed to be our story!” after the pair butted heads all season.
Austen then claimed that he and Salley are “not f***ing,” which his castmates did not believe.
“I do my thing and Salley does her thing and that’s just the way I like it,” Austen alleged.

Salley teased, “And sometimes we have sleepovers.”
Throughout season 11 of Southern Charm, Salley made her attraction to Austen clear. She also confessed that as soon as he was single, she planned to make her move.
Once Austen and girlfriend Audrey Pratt split — which transpired in 2025 and was shown during the season — Salley and Austen kissed during a group trip to Mexico.
While Salley has hinted in recent months that she and Austen are friends with benefits, he denied that they are dating.
“Salley is obviously, like… she has done lots of interviews, making it seem like we’re actively hot and heavy, and it’s just not true,” Austen claimed during the March 11 episode of What What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
During part 1 of the Southern Charm reunion, Austen remained adamant that he and Salley haven’t done any other than kiss. He also told his costars that despite their desire to see them as a couple, he didn’t plan on making Salley his girlfriend.
Madison LeCroy, who dated Austen on and off before their 2020 breakup, claimed during the episode that if Salley acted more like a “wife” she could probably land Austen as her man.

Madison, 35, alleged that Austen told her, “If you were a little more tamed down, and didn’t run the streets then he would look at you in a different light than just a hookup.”
Austen argued, “I didn’t mean running the streets like that,” calling Salley a “bar rat.”
Austen did confirm that he spoke with Madison about Salley’s partying ways, but alleged that since Salley is single and “hot,” she can “run around and do her thing.”
“He’s saying seven days a week wasn’t appealing to him,” Madison claimed.
Although Salley denied going out every night in Charleston, Austen said she goes out “three, four nights a week, minimum.”
“There is a body count of a lot of people,” Austen claimed, before Andy pointed out that Austen’s body count isn’t low either.
Austen acknowledged that was true, but then said, “I’m not going to be, like, bullied into wanting to date Salley. It’s not happening.”
Rodrigo Reyes joked that the pair should “stay f***k buddies,” which ruffled Austen’s feathers. “Rod, shut the f*** up,” he fired back.
Part 2 of the Southern Charm season 11 reunion airs on Bravo Wednesday, March 25, at 8 p.m. ET.
