This Christmas, the Teen Mom cast is making the season extra bright for their kids.
Before Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, Leah Messer and more cast members come together for an all-new sweet 16 season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter in January 2025, the MTV stars are working hard to create unforgettable holiday memories for their kids.
“One favorite tradition is our family movie nights where we watch holiday classics with hot cocoa in hand,” Cheyenne Floyd exclusively shared with Us Weekly. “We also make time to give back by volunteering or donating to those in need. We’re teaching the kids the importance of kindness during this magical season.”

Taylor Selfridge
In addition to celebrating with her family at the Disneyland Resort and Seaworld San Diego, Selfridge, 30, also makes plenty of fun memories at home.
“We always watch the classic Christmas movies together,” she told Us. “We do lots of baking and this year, we made our own ornaments. I love lights basically everywhere in the house to make it feel magical.”
After everything is set up, Selfridge joked that she hopes her home looks “like the North Pole.”
Jade Cline
In between balancing her role as a real estate agent and salon owner in Indianapolis, Cline, 27, is all about family time.
“Our holiday traditions definitely include a baking night together with family and friends,” she shared with Us. “My daughter Kloie loves making gingerbread cookies and homemade turtles. We also love to go to the winter lights at the Newfields Art Museum every year.”
Mackenzie McKee
Before kicking off a packed holiday break with celebrations in Florida, Oklahoma and Jamaica, McKee, 30, loves to shop with her children.
“I like to give my kids $50 to $100 each and let them shop for each other,” she shared. “I take them Individually and let them pick it out, wrap it and they light up while watching their sibling open their present. It teaches them that life is about giving and not always getting.”
Cheyenne Floyd
“The holiday season is all about creating memories with my family,” Floyd, 32, shared with Us. “We love decorating the house together — from putting up the tree to hanging lights and ornaments.”
The fun continues in the kitchen where desserts are often being made.
“Baking cookies is a must,” the “Unfiltered Kitchen” podcast host shared. “It’s always fun watching the kids get creative with decorating.”
Leah Messer
As Messer’s daughter, Ali, celebrates her new driver’s learning permit, this Teen Mom family will continue with their annual traditions like posing in matching Ivy City dresses in front of the Christmas trees.
“Some of our favorite holiday moments as a family would have to be cooking together, enjoying art activities and playing games,” Messer, 32, told Us. “And our little gingerbread house competition too!”
Maci Bookout
At Bookout’s house, the Christmas celebrations don’t just last for 24 hours. Instead, they extend over numerous days.
“We have Christmas movie nights every Sunday and Wednesday night!” Bookout, 33, revealed. “Popcorn and hot chocolate included! We also get really cool ugly Christmas sweaters to wear every year!”
Catelynn Lowell
Before enjoying a white Christmas with her husband Tyler Baltierra, Lowell, 32, will make the season bright with some familiar traditions.
“Decorating the tree as a family!” she told Us. “We always do Christmas Eve pajamas, hot cocoa and a holiday movie.”
Teen Mom: The Next Chapter returns on MTV Thursday, January 30, at 8 p.m. ET.
