Justin Hartley‘s hit show Tracker has lost several main characters after just two seasons — but who is still left from the cast?
CBS found success with Tracker immediately after it premiered in February 2024 to record-breaking ratings. Viewers have since tuned in week after week to see fictional survivalist Colter Shaw (Hartley) travel the country to help solve various missing persons cases.
As Colter has gotten help, the ensemble cast has grown with characters such as handlers Teddi (Robin Weigert) and Velma (Abby McEnany), hacker Bobby (Eric Graise) and attorney Reenie (Fiona Rene). But ahead of season 3, executive producer Elwood Reid hinted at an onscreen reconfiguration.
“I don’t want the show to be phone-a-friend every week. I think that gets old, and Justin is always challenging me on that. He’s like, ‘Do we need to do this? Do I need to call Bobby all the time? Can I do this?’” Reid exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2025. “You don’t [always] see Reenie. He talks to Velma for two seconds. He may talk to Bobby for one phone call. The show works because you are over Justin’s shoulder.”
Despite three people from Colter’s team leaving the show so far, Hartley struck gold with a wide variety of guest stars who keep returning including Jensen Ackles, Hartley’s wife, Sofia Pernas, Melissa Roxburgh and Jennifer Morrison.

Robin Weigert

Weigert’s character, Teddi, was written off in the season 2 premiere with her wife, Velma (McEnany), admitting that they needed some distance. Velma started working with Reenie (Rene) and Teddi wasn’t discussed since despite her prominent presence in the show’s first season.
“[Teddi] is going to be there for a while. She is helping her mom get sorted. I was getting in the way you might say and it really wasn’t good,” Velma said at the beginning of season 2. “So I came back. Don’t you worry because I am keeping busy.”
Eric Graise

Graise was noticeably absent from six episodes in season 2. His cousin Randy (Chris Lee) was brought in to help Colter before Bobby returned, which caused backlash from viewers who grew used to seeing Graise on their screen.
The actor officially exited Tracker before season 3.
Abby McEnany

In addition to Graise, McEnany was another main cast member to depart the series before season 3.
“It’s one of those things where actor availability is always an issue. There have been shows where people don’t even notice [if a character is missing],” Reid previously told Us in May 2025 before news broke about the exits. “With those dynamics — and in playing with this team dynamics — that’s all stuff we’re going to continue to play with in season 3 as the show evolves. We’re going to bring back some characters from seasons 1 and 2 — we’re going to see them more and more. There’s been some fun characters that I think are fun to see in Colter’s world [season to season].”
