Big Brother season 27 runner-up Vince Panaro may have raised eyebrows with his close relationship to Morgan Pope on the show, but he has been dating his girlfriend, Kelsey, for seven years.
While on the show, Vince developed a strong bond with Morgan — and viewers began to question how affectionate they were with each other despite Vince talking about Kelsey.
“She was a very good friend to me. In the game, you’re in an environment where you can’t trust anybody,” Vince exclusively told Us Weekly after the September 29 finale, noting he doesn’t believe he crossed any lines with Morgan.
Vince began publicly sharing his relationship with Kelsey in October 2018.
“Grateful everyday. Extra grateful today because the Dodgers postseason just started. But still grateful everyday. ❤️,” he wrote via Instagram alongside a selfie of the duo.

They Celebrated Their 5-Year Anniversary in July 2023

Vince shared in July 2023 that he and Kelsey celebrated five years of dating.
“5 YEARS with @lekels0!! ♥️,” Vince wrote via Instagram alongside several photos of the couple, including one of them wearing beanies and smiling at the beach. Another snap showed them looking at each other next to a waterfall, while one featured Kelsey sitting on the grass with two dogs.
He Didn’t Receive a Video Message From Kelsey on ‘Big Brother’
After Vince did not receive a video message from Kelsey during Big Brother, he shared in one episode he was “a little worried” about their relationship.
“Am I single right now? Did Kelsey dump me?” he said in a confessional. “Perception-wise, am I too affectionate with Morgan? We like to spend time together, and yeah, we sleep in the same bed, but it’s a giant bed and her head is at the opposite of me. Have I crossed boundaries that I’m not aware of, that I didn’t think I did, but maybe I did?”

While fans were expecting Kelsey to attend the Big Brother finale, only Vince’s parents were seen during filming.
“I don’t think there were enough tickets for people to have, you know, a bunch of people there,” Vince explained to Swoon in an interview following the episode. “I’ll probably see her tonight, maybe, or whenever I’m done with all of this.”
Vince also noted that Big Brother is a “unique environment” and stressed that his relationship with Morgan was “platonic.”
“Nobody knows the platonic relationship between Morgan and I outside of us two. Nobody knows the relationship romantically between my girlfriend and I outside of the game,” he told Parade in an interview published September 29. “But I know my girlfriend and I know the boundaries we set before I entered the house. And I lived a Big Brother dream. Yeah, not too worried about any of that stuff.”
