Aaron Paul listed his stunning Los Angeles home for $9.995 million — and it has several famous previous owners.

The Breaking Bad star, 45, is selling the luxury Seyler House in the Los Feliz area of L.A. The property boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a free-form pool and 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds.

The Spanish mansion was built in 1922 and designed by architect Stiles O. Clements, who also designed Hollywood’s historic El Capitan Theatre.

The property’s previous owners include The Batman star Robert Pattinson, It actor Tim Curry, The Pitt’s Noah Wyle, former basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, cinematographer Robert Richardson and The Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons, according to listing agent Jenna Cooper of real estate firm Compass.

“Rich in character, history, and magic, 2666 Aberdeen Avenue is a truly exceptional Los Feliz estate — timeless, transportive, and unforgettable,” Cooper said in a statement to Us Weekly. “Perched above the treetops on one of Los Feliz’s most storied streets, is a rare architectural gem — a 1922 Spanish estate with major celebrity provenance, set behind gates on nearly 1.5 acres of exquisitely landscaped grounds.”

“The resort-like grounds are a world of their own, with a free-form pool, cold plunge, amphitheater, outdoor fireplace, scenic fire pit, and meandering water features cascading toward a koi pond,” Cooper added.
