Dancing With the Stars alum Mark Ballas has spent one month filming season 4 of The Traitors — and now he’s teasing what fans can expect.

“The Traitors season 4 is gonna be TEA 🫖,” Ballas, 39, captioned a Friday, July 4, TikTok video of himself on the flight home. “Been living in a castle of chaos. No phone for a month. Now on an 11-hour flight.”

Ballas offered more subtle hints in the comments, writing, “Breakfast was always served cold with a side of MURRRRDER.” As for whether Ballas being gone so long means he won? He told Peacock viewers that they “will have to watch to find out.”

Peacock’s hit reality series brings together reality TV stars from various franchises and other notable figures as they compete in a Mafia-style game for up to $250,000. Peacock confirmed in June that season 4 will be as star-studded as always, with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Rinna, Travis and Jason Kelce‘s mother, Donna Kelce, Tiffany Mitchell from Big Brother, Stephen Colletti from Laguna Beach and former competitive figure skaters Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir joining the cast.

The fourth installment also features Survivor‘s Natalie Anderson, Big Brother‘s Ian Terry, The Bachelor‘s Colton Underwood, Survivor‘s Rob Cesternino, The Real Housewives of New York City‘s Dorinda Medley, Survivor‘s Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho and RuPaul’s Drag Race‘s Monét X Change.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Porsha Williams, The Real Housewives of Potomac‘s Candiace Dillard-Bassett, singer Eric Nam, Love Island‘s Maura Higgins, comedian Ron Funches, Love Island USA‘s Rob Rausch, Top Chef‘s Kristen Kish, comedian Michael Rapaport and The Real Housewives of Dubai‘s Caroline Stanbury are the last group of contestants that will either be Faithfuls — or Traitors.

As the show has gotten more and more popular over the years, so has the celebrity interest. Host Alan Cumming previously told Us Weekly that he now has people pitching themselves as possible players when they meet him.

“I have a constant barrage of reality stars now in my DMs and in my life asking me to be on The Traitors,” Cumming, 60, exclusively shared with Us in April. “It’s not something I thought would be my life, but it is.”

Whether competing on TV for a cash prize or simply being filmed while living your day-to-day life, reality television stars almost always get a paycheck — and it may be bigger than you think. In 2021, Jason Tartick launched a “Trading Secrets” podcast, during which he is focused on “break[ing] the stigma that we shouldn’t […]

Cumming, meanwhile, noted that he had a suggestion about who could be brought into the castle in Scotland, adding, “Miriam Margolyes, I’d love for her to come on. She’s hilarious. And she’d just cause so much trouble.”

After the season 4 cast was announced, Dylan Efron, who was one of the winners from season 3, shared his theory on why Donna, 72, will be victorious. In a TikTok, Dylan, 33, pointed out that it will help to have a “maternal figure there” on the show, Dylan added that Donna will “crush it because of that, people are going to want her in the castle.”

“And also, who’s going to vote her out and ruin that chance to meet Taylor Swift?” Dylan joked about Donna’s son Travis dating the singer, 35. “Let’s be honest, win the show or go watch a Chiefs game in the box?”

The first three seasons of The Traitors are currently streaming on Peacock.
