In her new testimony, Denise Richards called her split from estranged husband Aaron Phypers a nightmare compared to her breakup from ex-husband Charlie Sheen, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On Tuesday, October 7, Richards, 54, testified for the second day as part of her effort to obtain a permanent restraining order against Phypers, 53.

During cross-examination by Phypers’ lawyer, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was shown a video she sent Phypers on August 21, weeks after she was granted a temporary restraining order against him.

The length of the video was 11 minutes and 30 seconds, according to Phypers’ lawyer, who struggled to play the video at the hearing before finally getting it to work. Richards sent the video to Phypers after he gave multiple interviews to media outlets where he trashed her.

In the video, Richards can be seen wearing a yellow baseball cap.

She stated, “I called you a couple of times.” Richards continued, “I have so many questions for you. I feel like you had this whole f***ing thing planned.”

Richards said she didn’t watch any of the interviews, but her team had told her what he said. She added, “Whatever. It is what it is … things were bad with Charlie [Sheen] and I but he never hit below the belt.”

Richards and Sheen, 60, were married from 2002 until their split in 2005. The exes had a bitter divorce, which was finalized in 2006.

In the video shown in court, Richards told Phypers, “I believed you and I loved you. I really thought you were my soulmate when we got married.”
