Enough is enough.
An HR, employee named Sunny Lena took to TikTok to share some of the most bizarre reasons she had to fire people.
In the two-part video series, the Minnesota worker rattled off a list of the wildest behaviors she witnessed at her job that forced her to say, “You’re fired” to employees.
In the first TikTok — which already has over 900,000 views — captioned, “Would you have fired these people too?” Lena shared a story about one guy who loved to take naps on company time.
“First guy was napping in his car from 10 a.m. until almost 1, every single day. He had been doing this for like four months straight. He was a new hire,” Lena explained.
She added that since no one could find him, “I ended up firing him by knocking on his door.”
“He could not believe he was getting fired for sleeping three hours every day,” Lena said.
Another firing happened to a food service worker that was smearing poop on the bathroom walls. “We weren’t sure if he was washing his hands or not.” Lena said the poop-smearer wouldn’t stop so clearly he got the boot, too.
She had to also fire a woman for getting violent — or at least threatening to.
Lena told a third story about an employee who brought in a BB gun and threatened to use it on another worker — who then called HR evil after getting fired because she thought they couldn’t take a joke.
One would think the wild nonsense would stop there. Think again.
Lena created a second-part video sharing even more bizarre firing stories. In this video, the first firing she explained happened to a guy who was stealing office supplies — but we’re not talking about a single pen or notepad.
“This guy was literally loading cases of toilet paper into his vehicle,” Lena explained. The employee first got a verbal warning for being a toilet paper thief.
Not happy about this warning, “he dropped his pants and stuck his butt against the glass window” to a conference room full of higher-ups, Lena explained.
Then, of course, Lena said he was escorted out by security and officially fired.
Another guy was terminated for sneaking “into a private manager’s office overnight, and watching adult content and leaving his bodily fluids everywhere” — which was all caught on camera.
The commenters on both videos had their jaws on the floor at what Lena revealed.
“The fact that these are full-grown adults just shocks me and makes the coworkers I call incompetent on the daily look like model employees,” one person said.
“Working HR I learned that some people just don’t know how to go to work, do your job then go home. That’s it,” another commenter wrote.
“10 years in HR and I’ve slowly been writing a book of crazy stories,” said someone else.
