Landman actress Michelle Randolph has broken her silence on her whirlwind romance with Glen Powell — but don’t expect her to spill any tea.
“I think, for peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate,” Randolph, 28, told InStyle in a profile published on Thursday, January 15. “How people perceive you publicly is not who you are.”
Us Weekly broke the news in December 2025 that Randolph recently started casually dating Powell, 37, which subsequently sparked viral discourse.
“It’s hard to not [read the comments] because it’s so in our face, and everyone’s online,” Randolph told InStyle. “So you see things that you don’t necessarily want to, and then it puts you in a bad mood for the rest of the day or hurts your feelings. It’s not smart to let that define you because that’s not real.”
Michelle, who previously dated Disney alum Gregg Sulkin from 2018 to 2023, has since opted to keep her love life private after watching sister Cassie Randolph’s The Bachelor journey. (Cassie, now 30, appeared on Colton Underwood’s season 23 of The Bachelor in 2019 and they dated for more than a year before he publicly came out as gay. They are now each married to new partners.)
“I don’t want to share what it is I’ve probably learned,” Michelle told InStyle of the lessons she’s gleaned from her sister’s reality TV experience. “I don’t think anything good comes from that because it’s your personal life.”

She continued, “It should be personal and reserved for yourself and those who are close to you. So, ironically, I think I’ve learned that I want to keep it private.”
Instead of fans hyper-fixating on her relationship status, Michelle hopes they can see another side to her.
“[I’d like fans to notice] that I love my job. I’m well-intentioned,” she stressed. “I just love what I do, and I hope I get to do it forever.”
Michelle’s attributes are also apparent to Powell.
“Glen is very into her and they are having a lot of fun. He thinks she’s so beautiful and is smitten,” a source told Us Weekly exclusively last month. “They have a lot in common both being in the industry. Michelle is very reserved and Glen brings out a fun side in her
According to the insider, Michelle and the Chad Powers star bonded over “similar values and humor.”
“They’ve spent some real quality time traveling recently. Neither of them is rushing or trying to define it too fast,” the source further told Us. “Glen loves how grounded and confident Michelle is, and she’s drawn to how thoughtful and normal he is.”
Powell and Michelle have since been spotted at a New Year’s Eve celebration and a Golden Globes afterparty earlier this month. Powell also subtly endorsed Michelle landing the lead role in the upcoming rom-com Clashing Through the Snow.
“This will be fun 🧚🏼♀️,” Michelle wrote via Instagram on January 9, sharing her casting news, which Powell “liked.”
Powell last dated model Gigi Paris from 2020 to 2023.
“I will always have nothing but love for her and respect for her,” he told GQ in September 2025. “Everybody’s always going to have their own narrative on things and all that, and she’s welcome to it. Relationships are really hard. And when two people break up, they each go to their own brunch, and they will each tell their own narrative.”
