Taylor Frankie Paul reportedly turned down modified custody proposals from her exes Tate Paul and Dakota Mortensen.

Taylor, 32, allegedly rejected a temporary custody agreement from ex-husband Tate, who TMZ reported on Thursday, July 30, had requested allowing the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star to have approximately 35 percent of parenting time with their kids, Indy, 8, and Ocean, 6. The outlet claimed that Tate’s petition accommodated the time that Taylor had custody of her 2-year-old son, Ever, whom she welcomed with ex-boyfriend Dakota, 33, in 2024.

Page Six also reported that Dakota had offered Taylor a revised custodial arrangement, which would have given her visitation with Ever 40 percent of the time.

Taylor has not publicly addressed the proposed arrangements. Us has reached out to a rep for the MomTok star for comment.

Throughout the legal process, Taylor has maintained her position while fighting for custody of her three kids.

“I tried to have this sealed from the beginning,” she said in a social media video shared earlier this month. “It wasn’t in protection of me. But honestly, just to keep it sealed for the children, and again, this was something I asked for and was denied from the beginning.”

Taylor added at the time, “I am an open book. I will give you the ugly and the pretty. If you know me, I don’t claim to be this ‘mother of the year.’ I have my faults. I also have a right to stick up for myself, give context of my life. … I will admit I am a lot of things. I can confidently say that if you were to put my kids on a [witness] stand, they are choosing Mom and Mom’s house every time, I say that with full confidence because I love my children. They know that I love them.”
