Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have split after nearly two decades of marriage, a source confirms to Us Weekly.
Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, first met in 2005, four years after her divorce from Tom Cruise. The pair connected at the G’Day USA Gala in Los Angeles and started dating months later. The following year, they tied the knot in Manly, Australia.
Two years after their nuptials, Kidman and Urban expanded their family with daughter Sunday Rose in July 2008. In December 2010, they welcomed daughter Faith Margaret, via surrogate. (In addition to her daughters with Urban, Kidman is mother to daughter Isabella and son Connor, whom she adopted with Cruise.)
Us has reached out for comment.
“I have the most extraordinary partner in life. I will always say that about him,” Kidman said of her dynamic with Urban in a 2019 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I’m one of the very fortunate women in the world to have had a wonderful father, and I have a wonderful husband, and I’m just very — I love to be able to say that because to talk about the good men that have influenced me and affected me.”
Earlier this year, Kidman shared a sweet anniversary post in honor of her and Urban’s latest milestone as a couple.
“Happy Anniversary Baby ❤️ @KeithUrban,” she wrote via Instagram in June alongside a black and white photo of the pair embracing. Urban commented on the post with a red heart emoji.

One month before, Kidman and Urban enjoyed a night out together at the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards. The twosome packed on the PDA as they walked the red carpet.
Later in the evening, Urban accepted the ACM Triple Crown Award, a prestigious honor for those who have won New Artist of the Year, Artist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year awards at the awards show throughout their career. During his speech, he gave his wife and their daughters a shout-out.
“I wanna thank the ACM Academy for this, and my wife, Nicole Mary, is here tonight,” he said during the May awards show. “I love you, baby girl. Our girls, Sunday and Faith, watching at home tonight, I love you both too.”
Urban also took to social media to post a snap of him and the Oscar winner posing with his trophy as they left the venue.
“TRIPLE CROWN !!! it was a surreal feeling and truly humbling honor to be recognized at the @acmawards last night, and a triple-sized, massive thank you to @megmoroney, @chrisstapleton, and @brothersosborne for your insanely inspired performances last night during the show,” he captioned the photo. “I LOVED every second of it !!!”
One month after their outing for one of the biggest nights in country music, Urban and Kidman were spotted together at the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 game in Nashville, Tennessee. The pair were all smiles as they took in the June sporting event.
