Teen Mom alum Mackenzie McKee wowed fans with her incredible fitness transformation just two months after welcoming twins with husband Khesanio Hall.
The reality star, 30, put her toned post-baby body on display in gym gear, rocking a gray crop top and matching shorts in a video posted to her TikTok on Tuesday, August 26. While showcasing her postpartum figure, McKee could be seen doing jumps on a trampoline before launching into a front flip.
One day prior, McKee posted another workout video during her exercise session with Hall, 30, that she also shared via Instagram.
“Obviously you shouldn’t mess with my man in the club! Because I will come along and make a complete fool of myself,” she playfully captioned the clip, capturing her doing a high kick.
Several commenters cheered on the former MTV personality for wasting no time getting in tip-top shape. “Ok but like you just had twins and you look so gooood!!! You go girl! 🔥” one wrote. “Girl. How did you just give birth to twins 😮” a second chimed in.
As Us Weekly previously reported, McKee welcomed twin daughters Ja’Kharie Angie Hall and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall via an emergency C-section on June 2.
“The babies will have three-syllable ‘J’ names,” she shared during an Instagram Q&A in April. “Khesanio and I both have three-syllable names. So I wanted three syllables. And all of his mother’s grandbabies have names that start with a J!”
In addition to her twins, McKee is also mom to Gannon, 13, Jaxie, 11, and Broncs, 8, with ex Josh McKee.

During her pregnancy, McKee opened up about a concerning time in her motherhood journey due to a health complication that results in rapid weight gain.
“Over the past 48 hours my body has taken a rapid turn of preeclampsia symptoms. I have gained 20 pounds in 48 hours of water weight,” she shared in a Snapchat video on May 28.
The mom of five detailed how she went to the hospital before being advised to wait for a doctor who specialized in high-risk pregnancies.
“I have a choice of staying in a hospital overnight and talking to a doctor tomorrow or going home and talking to a doctor tomorrow,” she followed up. “So obviously I’m going to choose the comfort of my own home and also that’s a hefty bill.”
McKee announced that she and her beau were expecting during a March appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show.
McKee and Hall were excited to expand their family and did IVF after he proposed in May 2024. The couple tied the knot on April 11 in Florida.
