Vanderpump Rules alum Katie Maloney is offering a glimpse into her chic pad in the City of Angels.
“I pay about $5,200 a month,” Maloney, 40, told real estate influencer Caleb Simpson in a Wednesday, April 15, social media interview. “I’ve lived in L.A. for almost 20 years. I moved here when I was 20.”
Maloney offered Simpson a tour of her “good sized” apartment, which she shares with boyfriend Nick Martin, giving a peek at her living room with a fireplace, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and more.
“He also lives here too,” she said on Wednesday, further revealing how they met. “He’s a musician and plays with a band called Sleeping With Sirens. I went to go hang out with a [mutual] friend of ours, and we met there. We became friends, and I think a year later, we fell in love.”
Maloney, who was married to former VPR costar Tom Schwartz from 2016 to 2022, decorated her abode with Martin’s band memorabilia and an array of other knick-knacks.
“I love cute little things,” the reality TV alum said, pointing out a bookshelf full of “tchotchkes, Barbies [and other] randomness” in the corner of the living room. “I have some wands too, I can show you. I got them in Salem. I have a bunch of tarot decks here. I’m, like, a big occult fan.”
Moving into the bedroom, Maloney revealed that she and Martin sleep on leopard-print sheets surrounded by band posters.
“I’m a big scent person,” the Bravolebrity added, showcasing two shelves packed with glass fragrance bottles above a magazine rack. “I like those old magazines, like, we got 2004, 2000 [issues of Cosmo Girl].”
Maloney and Martin’s apartment also had a so-called “extra room,” which had a double bed and racks of shoes.
“This is spectacular,” Maloney mused of her vintage ‘NSync dolls above the storage system. “These are everything.”
While Maloney further admitted that she wasn’t one to have multiple photos of herself hanging in the pad, she did frame pics of the entire OG VPR cast that had yet to be displayed.
“Of course, [I have fond memories]. If I had to do it all again, I would because mostly where I am now,” she said. “I had to go through that to get to this point. It wasn’t easy. Some days I truly hated it, but I got to do it for a long time with my friends, who I loved at the time.”
Maloney and the rest of the original cast members did not return for VPR season 12, which starred a new cast of SURvers at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant.
