Dancing With the Stars is officially hitting the road again in 2026.
Announced during the October 7 episode of ABC’s ballroom reality competition, season 34’s Dancing With the Stars: Live! will see the return of pro couple Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson, as well as Alan Bersten, Brandon Armstrong, Emma Slater, Daniella Karagach, Hailey Bills, Pasha Pashkov, Ezra Sosa, and Britt Stewart.
The TV contest’s cohost Julianne Hough confirmed during the episode that the live production will once again be directed and choreographed by Mandy Moore and tickets will go on sale on October 10 at 10 a.m. local time. “It just gets better and better, and with all the buzz of this season, I’m sure it’s going to sell out, like, literally, now,” Hough said.
She also noted that Mirrorball Member presale access will go on sale via the official website — DWTSTour.com — on October 8 at 10 a.m. local time. If you’re not a member already, you can sign up for free via the link.
The show will commence on January 22, 2026, at Akron Civic Theater in Ohio, before running for more than four months across 74 dates and wrapping at Salt Lake City’s Eccles Theater on May 2, 2026.
While speaking to Entertainment Weekly about the tour, Chmerkovskiy and his wife, Johnson, discussed returning for the first time in five years. “We took a moment to have a child and enjoy our off season,” Chmerkovskiy said, referring to the couple’s 2-year-old son, Rome, who will also hit the road with the couple.

He continued, “What a treat to be back on the road and to do it at a time when the show is in its peak again and experiencing this incredible renaissance with a whole new audience. I’m very excited.”
Johnson, who was eliminated alongside partner Corey Feldman during episode 2 of the current season 34, also told the outlet she’s looking forward to performing in ways that just aren’t possible on television.
“We are elite at what we do, and to have the opportunity to dance with each other, and really exercise our choreography and our brains, it’s such a treat for us,” Johnson said. “We prioritize the celebrities during the season and the tour is an opportunity for the pros to do what we do best. It’s such a creative space. We get to partner with each other on such a high level.”
Speaking to the prospect of bringing their toddler along for the ride, Johnson shared that the duo are looking forward to sharing the experience as a complete unit. “We get to show him all of America and show him what mommy and daddy do for a living,” she said. “It’s very special that we get to do this as a family.”
